SIGNATURE CANNABIS RETAIL LTD. 

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Returns must be in unused, brand new condition with original packaging. No used items may be returned for any reason. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns due to personal preference will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If returning for store credit, no restocking fee will be required.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to Signature Cannabis Retail Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer must call or email with photos showing proof of damage. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Storz & Bickel sales are final, buyer must contact the manufacturer directly with issues. For all other damaged or defective items, buyer must contact Signature Cannabis Retail Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery to report defects. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Buyer must pay shipping costs for returns; shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet: first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@signaturebylibertyleaf.com.

SALE ITEMS: 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES: 
We only replace new, unused items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@signaturebylibertyleaf.com.

GIFTS: 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING: 
Our carrier is Canada Post. Buyer can choose one of the following shipping options for delivery across Canada, including post office boxes and rural routes: 
• Regular Parcel (3-5 business days) 
• Xpress Post (2-3 business days) 
• Priority Post (Next day delivery) 
We ship within Canada only. Packages are shipped discreetly in brown paper parcels. Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
